U.S. Customers

A flat rate of $4.99 per package will be charged for all U.S. destinations.

We consolidate all U.S. orders and ship via FedEx from our warehouse in Bangkok, Thailand to our office in Fort Worth, Texas, every Monday through Friday (except on national holidays). Individual orders will then be distributed via USPS First-Class mail. All orders must clear through U.S. Customs. SilverShakem will take full responsibility for U.S. duty & U.S. import taxes.

All orders shipped to any destination within the state of Texas are subject to an 8.25% sales tax. For further clarification please contact CustomerSupport@SilverShake.com.

Please understand that occasional delays due to U.S. Customs and shipping couriers are beyond our control. PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU CANNOT ALLOW A LEAD TIME OF 2-3 WEEKS FOR DELIVERY.

Customers Outside of U.S.

A flat S&H fee in the amount of $4.99 per package will be charged for all destinations outside of U.S. Your order will be shipped via international registered mail directly from our warehouse in Bangkok, Thailand. Please note that shipments take approx. 7 to 10 days for European & Asian destinations and approx. 3 weeks for some destinations.

INSURANCE

Please Note that all orders in the amount of $50 and over carry a mandatory insurance fee in the amount of $1.30 for every $50 value.

If your order does not exceed the $50 value, yet you are interested in insuring your package, you may select to do so on your SilverShake invoice once you are ready to proceed with your payment.

OTHER TAXES

All orders shipped to any destination within the state of Texas, will be subject to an 8.25% sales tax. Sales tax does not apply to other U.S destination.

For non-US destinations import duties or taxes in your country may apply.

If you are not fully satisfied with our product, please return it within 30 days for a full refund. Please note that the S&H charges and insurance are not refundable and that a 10% restocking fee will be charged in case of excessive returns on a single transaction.
